At Ziggy Lou™, we want you to love your heirloom pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for store credit or exchange on all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, headwear and socks cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred resolution.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garments are free from any marks or scents.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest postal hub; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
